Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jjwin platform — including its website, mobile application, and all gaming services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jjwin. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of jjwin after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

To create and use a jjwin account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from participating in online gaming.
• You must not be a jjwin employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jjwin employee.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jjwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be suspended immediately and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. We take underage gaming seriously and enforce this requirement without exception.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on jjwin. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information. jjwin conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification as part of the registration and withdrawal process. You agree to provide any requested documents promptly and accurately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. jjwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

• Do not share your password or OTP with anyone, including people who claim to be jjwin support staff.
• Always log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via the jjwin support channels.

jjwin uses SSL encryption and multi-factor authentication to protect your account from the platform side. These protections supplement, but do not replace, your own responsibility to keep your account secure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jjwin — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jjwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed on the platform.

Approved deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfer, and Philippine online banking. These are the only accepted payment methods. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for any gaming-related transactions on jjwin.

Deposits are credited to your jjwin account balance upon successful processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation if your account has not yet completed full KYC. Processing times vary by payment channel.

jjwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. Funds associated with such activity may be withheld pending investigation.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jjwin — including slot games, live casino, fish games, sports betting, and other categories — operate under their own individual game rules in addition to these general terms. Players are responsible for understanding the specific rules of each game they play.

RNG-based games on jjwin use certified random number generation systems to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, account status, or any external factor. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

By playing on jjwin, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Gaming involves real financial risk. You may lose all funds you deposit and wager.
• No strategy, system, or betting pattern guarantees a profit or eliminates the risk of loss.
• jjwin does not make any representation about expected returns on any game.
• In-play odds on sports markets update in real time and may change between selection and placement.
• jjwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or based on system malfunction.

Bonuses and Promotions

jjwin may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentive programmes to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.

General principles that apply to all jjwin promotions include:

• Bonuses are for eligible players only and may be limited by account status, deposit history, or other criteria.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• jjwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Specific percentage amounts, minimum deposits, wagering multipliers, time limits, and other promotion details will only be communicated through official jjwin channels at the time of the offer. Information from unofficial sources should not be relied upon.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jjwin and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account, or using someone else's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions.
• Any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of jjwin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

By registering on jjwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform usage monitoring for security and compliance purposes.

Responsible Gaming

Players are encouraged to:

jjwin does not encourage compulsive gaming and will not market to players who have self-excluded or requested account closure on responsible gaming grounds.

Account Suspension and Termination

jjwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age.
• Requests by the account holder to close their account.

In cases of account closure for policy violation, jjwin may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure is voluntary or due to platform-side decisions unrelated to misconduct, accessible balances will be returned to the account holder through the original payment channel after identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

jjwin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure consistent availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime, technical issues, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

jjwin is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from your gaming activity on the platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Losses caused by events outside jjwin's control, including internet outages or device failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from platform use.

Nothing in these terms limits jjwin's liability in cases involving fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Changes to These Terms

jjwin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players through the platform or via registered contact details. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
